Annabeth and I were in Manhattan during the night, dating while summer vacation still lasted,while I was walking Annabeth home at around 7:00 am we were attacked by a group of Laistrygonian giants or as Annabeth called them, Canadians. Since we were tired doing something together, I mean working together not doing anything else, and we were out numbered cause we were two demigods vs twenty giants, we split apart. I thought Annabeth was able to take care of herself , but when the battle ended, I couldn't find her. I counted the piles of gold powder to check if twenty died, I found 4 survived. Scared they took Annabeth as prisoner, I I.M.ed her and found her body, unconscious and carried by 4 Canadians. As fast as I could, I finished the I.M., and sprinted to C.H.B to ask Chiron if we could get a quest to find Annabeth.

Annabeth

I woke up in a backseat of a car full of Canadians, panicked I pretended to still be unconscious. I looked around to observe things, the giants were on each side of me, on the shotgun seat and the driver, wait a minute, I never knew they could drive, oh well. Then I checked the time on the clock, it was 8:00am, now I'm hungry. When I looked outside, the sun was rising already but, we were on a highway, on a bridge and near the end, where are they taking me? Then the bridge ended and I saw the sign, I was just on the Brooklyn Bridge, leaving Manhattan, then I noticed I still had my knife. Now I am going to wait for the golden opportunity to escape. After half an hour they finally stopped at a grassy area near the East river. As soon as one of the guys beside me moved out of the car, I dashed out, stabbed him and ran.
" Stop her!" One of the giants rumbled and then the last 3 chased after me. I started to climb a small hill when I heard explosions near me. Damn those flaming cannonballs, when I got to the top, I saw a mansion on a ware house, then a brick wall surrounding it. That surprised me so much that the giants got to whack me in the head. It hit me real hard and I started to tumble down the other side of the hill. When I got to the bottom, I touched my temple and felt blood gushing out, I had to escape. then I checked the brick wall and found the gate, I dashed in and as soon as I got in, the left gate door exploded and hit my back and I crumpled. I would've died there but I was saved by someone you don't see everyday.

Carter(Kane)

It's been a year since I watched it but it still puzzled me. Last summer I was watching T.V., they said a freak storm system was about to hit Manhattan when everybody there had suddenly and strangely fallen asleep, when they woke up, they think a battle was taking place, and the scientists say that it may be true. when they went to investigate the mysterious disappearance of the Williamsburg bridge, they say that they first found cars, bags, etc when they found the 4 most oddest things ever seen in this place, a skeleton wearing a Greek chest plate and holding a sword, then beside him a jar of green substance that looks like fire. They think an army of crazy people thinking they are Greeks drugged the city with sleeping gas, bombed the bridge, and attacked the Empire State building, when a group of random people stopped them. I think there's more to this but I have to teach my students first, today only Jaz and Felix came, no one else and they wanted things harder so I gave them both two shabiti's to battle at once. While I was watching them I heard an explosion outside and looked out the window. I was shocked to see a girl was stuck under a broken gate and these giants were coming after her, I had to help her so I told the shabiti's to stop and said
" Class dismissed." then jumped out the window.
" Horus" I said in my mind.
" Make me a falcon".
" As you wish" He responded, and I turned into a falcon. I dived straight to a giant at the left and scratched his eyes, he yelled in pain as I turned back to my normal self. Then I got my sword from my back and slashed at him, suddenly he turned to dust. Then I went after the next giant and stabbed him. When I turned to find the last one, I was smacked back around 15 feet. I got up and found out that my sword fell out of my hand, so I took out my staff from my Daut locker and looked shot a fireball at the giant. He was holding some type of round gold ball, maybe a cannonball but I hit him and he turned to dust. The good news was that the giants died, the bad news is the ball exploded on impact of the ground. The bomb ball shot both the girl and the gate right at me, I shot at the gate and it broke, then I got ready to catch the girl, she hit me so hard we went back 5 feet until we stopped. My head hit something and it hurt bad, when I looked up I noticed I hit the girls chin. That's when I noticed my cheeks were rubbing against her breasts! Completely embarrassed, I jumped up and began pretending that it never happened. When I felt her back, she was bleeding badly. That's when Jaz ran through the doors.
" Carter, what happened?" She shouted while running down the stairs to the ground.
" Jaz, take this girl to the medical room. Her back is bleeding hard. " I cried. Jaz and I both took the girl to the medical room, then Jaz started to heal her back with the medicine and the healing we had. The girl had blond hair with a grey streak, it seemed odd why she had that grey streak but it did't matter then. That's when I found out she was holding a dagger, it was the same material as the sword on T.V.! What if she had my answers, I will have to talk to her when she wakes up.
